From the initial idea—
—to connected mobility

Since its founding, Skoolea local communities modernize their school transportation and daily mobility systems. Our journey is that of a passionate team, driven by a simple belief: technology can simplify life for local governments and make transportation more efficient, sustainable, and people-centered.

October 2013

Launch of AVM Conseils, a company dedicated to innovation in the field of school transportation.

June 2015

Launch of the Transcol software, designed to streamline the management of school transportation registrations and payments. That same year, we partnered with the General Council of Martinique—now known as Martinique Transport—our first and long-standing partner.

July 2019

Our solution has reached a major milestone, processing 30,000 registrations annually in France's overseas departments and metropolitan France.

June 2021

TCAT is joining our client base and strengthening our presence in the region.

July 2022

We now process 70,000 registrations per year, reflecting the growing trust of local authorities.

June 2023

Grand Reims has chosen our solution to streamline its registration process.

July 2024

A symbolic milestone has been reached: more than 100,000 registrations processed each year in the French overseas departments and mainland France.

April 2025

Our Transcol SaaS solution is evolving into VIA, a name that better reflects our vision and ambition.

June 2025

VIA is now listed on the UGAP, making it more accessible to all local governments.

August 2025

A new milestone in our growth: AVM Conseils is rebranding as Skoolea, a brand that embodies our values and our commitment to school transportation.

Why Skoolea

Skoolea born out of a desire to evolve AVM Conseils into a brand with a clearer, more modern identity that is firmly rooted in its core business:
school transportation.
Inspired by the English word “school,” its name naturally evokes the concept of school and incorporates the initials L-E-A—standing for Line, Establishment, and Transportation —three concepts that embody our mission: to simplify and optimize school transportation.
